Responsibilities

• Server infrastructure management (VMware ESXi environment)

• 24/7 on-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks, 15-minute SLA

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for IT requests across seven cantonal departments
• Ticket management: intake, resolution, and escalation
• 1st/2nd level support for Finance Department (Windows 10, Office 365)
• License administration for O365 services and Microsoft Teams
• Employee onboarding (account setup, hardware provisioning)
• Mobile device management (iPhone fleet via Microsoft Intune)
• Project contributor: canton-wide knowledge base

Responsibilities

• 2nd level support for industrial IT / shop floor systems
• Production line environments: networked and air-gapped solutions
• Remote support for 4 global production sites (Reinach CH, Cernay FR, others)
• Deployment of line peripherals: barcode scanners, measuring instruments, scales, torque wrenches, cameras, transport systems
• Fleet management for Zebra handheld devices
• Integration of production equipment into TDB (E+H proprietary ERP)

Key Achievements

• Member of PROMAG Taskforce: technical analysis and implementation
• Project Barracuda: Deployed 293 Barracuda firewalls to every critical production system in Reinach and Cernay within one year
